Our client, Emily Johnson, is a woman with a passion for literature and a love for urban living. As an avid book enthusiast and a professional that often works from home, Ms. Johnson sought to create a space that not only reflected her warm minimalist aesthetic but also nurtured her soul amidst the city's chaos.

Emily was considering buying and renovating a condo suite down the hall from her existing apartment. Eager to see some ideas, she turned to us for inspiration.

We embarked on a quest to infuse the space with a sense of tranquility and sophistication. Inspired by the natural beauty of earthy tones and the allure of clean architectural lines, we curated a warm palette to create an atmosphere of understated elegance.

Unfortunately, the current owners decided not to sell, and the deal fell through for Emily.

While saddened that this beautiful space will never come to be, we know that Emily’s haven of peace and serenity remains out there… somewhere, awaiting a chance to be realized.
