Maison sur la Place de la Liberté.

A Vision of Timeless Elegance.

Concept by Croma Design.

Nestled in History.

Yet brought into the heart of today.

Maison sur la Place de la Liberté will tell a story of refinement and legacy. Property owners Camille and Jacques are seeking to breathe new life into a cherished property, acting as stewards honouring the home’s history.

They entrusted us with a design challenge: to create a space that showcases a sentimental art collection without feeling like a formal gallery.

Our design concept? A seamless fusion of heritage and contemporary elegance.

A classic restored.

The journey begins with the staircase which would be lovingly restored to its former glory, offering a glimpse into the rich tapestry of the home's storied past. Complemented by a classic foyer floor tile in cream stone octagon with black stone dot accents, this timeless palette pays homage to the property's history while embracing a modern aesthetic.

Comfortable elegance.

Like an old friend’s embrace, warmth envelops every corner of the sitting room amidst creamy hues and wood accents. Here, plush furnishings and sumptuous textures wood cocoon guests in luxury, while artfully curated accents pay homage to an illustrious heritage.

Rediscovering Treasures.

Stored away for generations, Maison sur la Place de la Liberté would become a showcase for a treasured art collection, dusted off and hung to add a personal connection to the space.

Bathed in a Soft Glow.

The kitchen will boast a large window overlooking the garden, complemented by new cabinets that seamlessly blend with the historic property's charm. A wooden breakfast table and a sleek milk-glass and brass pendant light add warmth and functionality to this calm and neutral space.

Dreams Take Flight.

In the office, wall paneling would be painted a warm stone-grey hue. An art-deco era desk takes centre stage, accented by glossy mahogany and brass details. A custom rug creates a cozy workspace for creativity to flourish.
